This course is for students preparing for the CBAP certification examination. This is a very intensive program that is made of 6 lectures and one Questions and Answers session. The course covers all the knowledge areas, 10 top techniques, and domain areas mapping to perspectives. Online resource materials will be provided.

Week 4 (Fourth Saturday):

• Strategy Analysis
• Requirement Analysis and design definition
• Assignment with 25 Objective Scenario questions

Week 5 (Fifth Saturday):

• Solution Evaluation
• Perspectives – Agile, Information Technology & Business Process Management
• Assignment with 30 Objective Scenario questions

Week 6 (Sixth Saturday):

• Techniques
• Perspectives – Business Intelligence and Business Process Architecture
• Appendix B review
• Assignment with 25 Objective Scenario questions

Week 7 (Seventh Saturday):

• Review of Past Questions
• Demo on how to record hours and complete the CBAP application
